How do I place an order?

Simply click on the "Shop" section of our website, then navigate towards the product category of your choosing. Choose your product, size, and quality.
Then customize:
- The colour of the bag (over 1,867 Pantone colours to choose from)
- Handle (Rope, Ribbon, or Both)
- Logo and Finish (colours of logo, hot stamping or embossed

When will I receive my order?

After placing your order, we send you a customized blueprint of your custom bag free of charge within a week. After the approval of the final blueprint, your order will arrive in 8-12 weeks. 

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free for orders over $2500. For orders under that, shipping is a flat $150 nationwide. 

What about returns and exchanges?

Because this is a customized product to your store specifically, there can be no returns or exchanges after the approval of the blueprint.

What if there are product defects?

While we do work with the highest quality materials and factories and triple check for any product defects, if there are any issues in the quality or print, we will fix the issue free of charge.
